Alternatively it is also possible to delay buying credits until you access your survey results. This way you can ensure that you do not buy too many credits.
You have chosen EvaSys SurveyGrid. In order to conduct surveys you furthermore require credits. Credits are the currency we use to fairly charge you for surveys - because EvaSys SurveyGrid only factors in scanned paper-based responses and/or real online responses.
Number of questions on the questionnaire:
Important information: Please note that unused credits expire at the end of your contract duration.
Do you have a voucher for credits? Please order a EvaSys SurveyGrid duration before redeeming the voucher!
Credit value of a questionnaire: The credit value of a questionnaire depends on the amount of questions it contains. Questions on paper-based questionnaires have a higher credit value than questions on online questionnaires. This means that you will pay less for online questionnaires than for paper-based questionnaires with the same amount of responses.
A questionnaire can contain any variable amount of questions. For one credit you can place either 10 questions on a paper-based or 40 questions on an online questionnaire.
1 credit = 10 questions paper-based
1 credit = 40 questions online
Simply multiply the amount of expected responses by the credit value of the questionnaire to calculate the total number of credits needed. Please keep in mind that the credit value differs between paper-based and online questionnaires.
Total amount of credits needed = credit value of one questionnaire * number of responses
1 credit for 0,24 € (up to 3.000 credits per purchase)
1 credit for 0,23 € (3.000 - 6.000 credits per purchase)
1 credit for 0,22 € (above 6.000 credits per purchase)
All prices exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Example 1 – Paper-based survey
A questionnaire contains 40 questions. You plan to conduct a paper-based survey and expect 50 responses:
Amount of credits needed = 4 credits (40 questions paper-based) * 50 (responses) = 200 credits
Example 2 – Online survey
A questionnaire contains 40 questions. You plan to conduct an online survey and expect 50 responses:
Amount of credits needed = 1 credit (40 online questions) * 50 (responses) = 50 credits
Example 3 – Hybrid survey
A questionnaire contains 40 questions. You plan to conduct a hybrid survey and expect 50 paper-based responses and 50 online responses.
Amount of credits needed = 4 credits (paper-based) * 50 (responses) + 1 credit (40 online questions) * 50 (responses) = 250 credits
