Credits

In addition to the duration-related base price, your survey project is also charged with credits. The amount of credits needed is determined by the survey volume, which results from the number of questions and the number of responses. 1 credit equals 10 paper responses or 40 online responses. You can select to purchase credits either before the start of your survey project or after the data collection phase. As such, you have complete cost control and only pay what you have used. Should there be more responses than expected, it is possible to only retrieve part of the data to meet your budget.


Please note:

Fee-based contracts are automatically extended by the chosen contract duration, if they are not terminated within the period prescribed:
  • 1 month before the end of the contract for contracts with a minimum duration of 3 months
  • 2 months before the end of the contract for contracts with a minimum duration of 6 months
  • 3 months before the end of the contract for contracts with a minimum duration of 12 months
The account for students automatically ends after 6 months. An extension of the contract duration is not possible.
All prices are quoted without VAT.

Vouchers for credits can only be redeemed if you have registered with EvaSys SurveyGrid and choosen a duration.
